Ukrainian universities continue to work on the project Tempus

   Ukrainian universities partner project Tempus «Supporting innovation through improved legislation on higher education in Ukraine" 530158-TEMPUS-1-2012-1-SE-TEMPUS-SMHES developed a model Regulation on patenting and commercial use of research results to higher educational institutions of Ukraine
   "Support to innovation by improving the legislation in the field of higher education in Ukraine" 530158-TEMPUS-1-2012-1-SE-TEMPUS-SMHES implemented by a consortium of Ukrainian and European universities led by the University of Lund (m. Lund Kingdom of Sweden). Among the participants of the project - three universities of the Republic of Poland, the UK, the Portuguese Republic, five Ukrainian universities, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Ukrainian three non-academic partners.
   At the end of January 2015 took place on-line video-conference Ukrainian partner universities project Tempus «Supporting innovation through improved legislation on higher education in Ukraine", which discussed and approved the final version of model documents for organizing activities in the commercialization of research national research universities.
   At this stage of the project Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas (IFNTUOG) in cooperation with the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine (NMetAU) (national project coordinator) developed a model of the Regulation on the patenting and commercial use of research results to higher education in Ukraine, which in form and content meet European practices and approaches consistent with the National technology transfer Network (NTTN) and can serve as a tool to implement the new Law of Ukraine "On higher Education".
   IFNTUOG and NMetAU ready to transfer free electronic versions of these documents by formal request to interested universities Ukraine.
