Messages on dissertation defense became free

The messages will only be posted on the MES website. Scientific secretaries of specialized scientific councils should send scanned originals of messages and text of the message to the MES from the mailbox of the specialized academic council.

Messages received by the 10th of the current month will be posted on the MES website on the first business day of the following month.

Messages received by the 25th of the current month will be posted on the MES website on the twelfth business day of the following month.

Acceptance of the thesis for defense, which will be posted on the MES website, is free of charge.
