The developer proposes a method for determining the severity of the interlobular and periductal fibrosis in the pancreas biopsies by immunohistochemistry complex and morphometric analysis of digital images using the program ImageJ, which improves the accuracy of diagnosis of the severity of fibrosis of the pancreas in patients with chronic pancreatitis of different genesis.
