Method of carbon sorbent and installation for its implementation.

The technology and equipment acquisition and use of sorbents based on thermally split graphite (TEG) to create a continuous flow of carbon sorbent surface neutralization of toxic and polluting water insoluble substances and facilitate the recycling of these substances in the sorbent.

Proposed improvement method for producing carbon sorbent based on TEG by treating pre-oxidized fine graphite high temperature combustion of fuel in the air due to the organization of two-stage combustion of gaseous fuels, which provide the first stage of formation of high concentrations of chemically highly active radicals in high temperature products of incomplete combustion of the combustible mixture. This provides them afterburning explosion while mixing with air mixed with powdered graphite in the second stage and to avoid loss of TRH by combustion. This is achieved by a sharp rise in temperature and thermal effects on the dispersed graphite in a high-temperature thermal shock, ensuring completeness and depth thermal cleavage graphite and yield highly sorbent. A abrupt shaped lowering pressure in the flow of a mixture of combustion products of dispersed graphite promotes rapid cleavage of graphite at high flow rates of combustion products ensures high performance process. For ejecting TEG mixture of combustion products from the zone afterburning, its cooling and feeding TRH at the jobsite, it is additionally mixed with a high speed water jet. Construction of the unit implements the method.
