The invention relates to inkjet technology, specifically - jet mills for grinding coarsely dispersed materials. The invention aims to improve ejectors for acceleration and acceleration accelerating tubes dispersed material, primarily to increase the duration of the acceleration tubes by gas-dynamic protection wall tubing from abrasion destruction dispersed flow. New in the proposed design is ingenious solutions ejector booster tubes as a set easily removable nozzle blocks installed in the cassette. Another new solution is the original design nozzle system, which optimally located circular nozzles that cover flow channel acceleration tube and oriented in such a way as to ensure the dispersal flow in the tube walls and the effective protection of acceleration tubes.

The new design solves the technical problem of improving the ejector jet mill by applying new design and technological solutions by which this is achieved by the interaction of dispersed flow in each tube and the flow of energy from the peripheral nozzle tubes in which the greatly reduced or completely eliminated components of the velocity vectors flow of energy from nozzles, which lead to the destruction of the walls of the acceleration tubes while ensuring effective acceleration dispersed flows in tubes.

It creates the conditions complete marginalization gas dispersed flow from the walls of acceleration tubes, excluding abrasion tubes and a substantial increase in the resource ejector while increasing the efficiency of acceleration gas dispersed flow in the tubes and the overall efficiency of the mill. Also excluded contamination of grinding products of destruction of the walls of the acceleration tubes.

Ejector has a housing with a pipe for introducing particulate material for grinding, mixing chamber, acceleration tube placed in transverse sections of the walls of circular nozzles directed at an acute angle to the axis of the tube and connected by its collector entrance with gas energy, each booster tubes made partitioned stacked coaxially with one another and inserted into the cassette replacement of individual sections of the formation of internal surfaces of the flow channel booster tubes and outer surfaces with tape - prechamber nozzle. Each section has a first on the direction of flow in a cylindrical tube element partially inserted adjacent the end of the second downstream cylindrical element. Adjacent surface elements facing each other, the outer and inner first element - the second made curved, nozzle forming and placed at a distance from each other so that they form an annular channel with the profile of the annular nozzle, which covers the flow channel acceleration tube. This initial profile of the annular nozzle opening defined angles nozzle forming surfaces adjacent elements and angles of generators of the surface generate to the wall channel flow acceleration tubes.

Angles edges nozzles with nozzle angles to the axis of the acceleration tube selected in such a way that ensured conditions: a) print dispersed component gas dispersed flow (solid particles) in each acceleration tube from the walls of the tube, b) provided a steady acceleration of dispersed flow along the tube, in ) flows in tubes and annular booster nozzles airflow.
